Woolworths, Africa’s leading retailer uses our solution to create the right atmosphere in their very popular Cafés, Food Markets and in their Textile, Fashion and Homeware sections. For each area we create a different feel to the music. In the café the vibe is Café del Mar plus, in Foods a mixture of light classics and smooth ballads and in textiles a hip mix of DJ soundscapes created by some of our best music programmers. Woolworths is a leader in most aspects of retailing in Africa and positions itself using the strapline of “The Difference”. At FDM we try and create the music to compliment this positioning and keep it fresh, appealing and relevant from month to month.

Country Road Group

Country Road is a leading Australian fashion and style chain who recently started to roll out their various brands through state of the art outlets in many of South Africa’s most sought after retail environments. The V&A Waterfront Cape Town’s iconic shopping environment welcomed Trenery, Country Road, Mimco and Witchery as did Hyde Park and Sandton City in Johannesburg. These brands will soon become the house-hold names that they are in their home country and we look forward to assisting in the creation of the ambience that makes them so appealing.

Capitec Bank

Capitec Bank is the new star in the banking firmament in South Africa. Taking the number 3 spot ahead of well established brand Nedbank this innovator works with us to provide audio within their branches that allow effective communication of such issues as queue management. We stay in contact with them regularly to ensure continued cutting edge technology will be a feature of their client interface.

City Chic

City Chic is all about the fashion. They are a plus size fashion brand that is bold, sexy, sassy and chic! They are one of the leading fashion forward plus size clothing retailers catering for everyday curvy street and fashion wear, to event dressing, clubbing and gorgeous plus size evening dresses in sizes 14, to 24.

At FDM we create the vibe that is evident in each of their stores. They may be small now but we know that from tiny acorns oak trees grow and in South Africa big is definitely beautiful. Watch them blossom!
